How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
Great question! Our process is very straightforward. We look at the location of the property, what repairs are needed, the current condition of the property, and the values of comparable houses sold in the area recently. We consider many pieces of information… and come up with a fair price that works for you and works for us.

What types of property do you buy?
While we focus on single-family homes, we’re interested in any type of property, multi-family properties - even land!

How long does it take to get an offer?
While it does depend on the situation, you can get an offer in just 24 hours.

Am I obligated to take your offer?
No not at all! You’re not obligated to accept our offer. However, we don’t want to waste your time and promise to make the best offer we can. We want to make this process as smooth as possible.

What do you mean by a "cash offer?"

We actually use our own money and cut you a check for your house. By eliminating the need for bank loans, our buying process is quick and easy. Plus, this means no fees or commissions that you would need to pay a realtor.

What if my house is already listed with an agent?

No problem! Every situation is different. In many cases, you can still sell your house to us. We’ll just need to check the terms of your agreement with the agent regarding compensation. Call us to discuss what we can do.

I need to sell a home I just inherited. Will you buy it?
Yes, inherited homes are one of our specialties. We’ll work with you and your family to come to a deal that works for everyone.

Can I sell my inherited house if it’s still in Probate?
Yes. We can make an offer subject to completion of the Probate. Give us a call or click the chat button at the bottom right and we'll answer your questions a quickly as possible.

Will you list my house on the MLS?
We buy our houses directly from the seller, so typically the house doesn’t need to be listed. By doing this, we avoid repair fees, commissions, inspections, and bank loans that can make the selling process slower and more costly.

Can I sell my house if I'm evicting a tenant or am having tenant troubles?

Yes, we can still close even with the tenant living on the property. We believe the key to the success of our house-buying business is making the selling process easy, giving each and every client great service, fair dealing, and quick turnaround.
